· We create hand-held meals and appetizers in our USDA facility. Extensive HAACP programs are also in place.
· We create healthy foods that taste good.
· We bake EDIBOWLS® brand, edible bowls, salad shells, and savory cones for hand-held entrees in hundreds of different shapes, flavors and textures.
· We can grill, bake, or sauté.

OUR PRODUCTS include:
· Small Bites™, for the oven and microwave, that range from value priced to gourmet catering.
· Individually wrapped, hand-held products, which include popular Mexican, Italian, and Asian cuisines.
· Edible bowls, tartlet shells, and hand-held, savory cones.
· Pizza crusts, flat breads, and croutons.

We understand specifications and the need to adhere to them. We create quickly and deliver on time, every time, and we also offer national distribution through Dot Foods with nine forward distribution centers, throughout the country.
